De fet es tracta de <\/span><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">dues cases<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> independents que constru\u00efdes a la vegada utilitzant el mateix sistema constructiu les acosta considerablement. La cara d\u2019una dona, al centre, precedeix la galeria superior suportada per dues <\/span><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">m\u00e8nsules ornamentades amb motius vegetals.<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Tamb\u00e9 en destaquem el <\/span><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">forjat<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> de la barana d\u2019aquest terrat que d\u00f3na al carrer Joncar.<\/span><br style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Edifici a la Carretera de Sant Lloren\u00e7 Savall, 6<\/strong><br style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">*foto*<\/span><br style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Singular xalet a les afores que resulta una mostra dels nous rics de principis de segle XX.
